Empowering The Woman Within

Do you focus on others' needs and leave little time for your own?

Are you in a relationship where your needs are not being met?

Are you struggling with your professional identity as a woman?

As women, we owe it to ourselves to develop our powerful inner self, so that we shine from the inside out. As a professional woman I know how hard we work. Working with women to empower them to be their best is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my job. Here are some tips to begin to empower yourself, develop a strong sense of who you are (whatever your age), and take charge of your own life.

1) HAVE A COMMITTED RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF: Listen to your thoughts, opinions, and emotional/physical needs. Make a promise to yourself that you will prioritize your needs, respect your thoughts and opinions, and treat yourself with the kindness and love you so generously give to others.

2) LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD: Assert yourself at home and at work. You are important and powerful. Don't live in the shadow of others. Let your Goddess shine!

3) STOP NEGATIVE SELF-TALK: Stop brining yourself down. Use positive and inspiring self-talk. Self-criticism does not accomplish anything. You can be your own best cheerleader!

4) KEEP LEARNING ABOUT YOURSELF: Keep an open mind and make time for your creative side, hobbies, and alone time. If you want to take a cooking class or learn to zumba, do it! Make time for the things you enjoy, and for new pathways you want to explore. Get excited about the choices you have in life.

5) BE A MENTOR: Spread your newly found empowerment to other girls and women. Become a powerful model for other females; the universe will thank you.

All The Best,
