Dr. Kendra Haluska obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University, NY. She is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey (License #4903) and New York (License #017494). She has over 20 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings with a full range of populations, and age ranges. Her therapeutic approach is a combination of traditional insight-oriented psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral approaches. Dr. Haluska obtained additional training in Mind-Body techniques, such as guided imagery and progressive muscle relaxation, to offer adjunctive therapies to patients struggling with anxiety, depression, and chronic pain/illness. She also incorporates the arts in her private practice, especially with children and teenagers, in order to help achieve a deeper sense of exploration and enhance identity development.

Throughout her career she envisioned, and has pursued with her private practice, combining her myriad of clinical skills into a generalized practice where she can focus on individualizing therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Her expertise in understanding that each person is unique ensures that you will receive the most effective treatment to alleviate your distress, and to actualize your vision of a more peaceful, and rewarding life. Every individual's problems are unique, so your treatment should be as well.
